Job Purpose:
To execute Home sales operations across designated geographic areas, driving subscriber growth, revenue achievement, and channel productivity through strong execution and disciplined performance governance. The role will handle FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) products, therefore candidates should have relevant experience in FTTH products and services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Execute Home sales activities to meet subscriber and revenue targets, including direct customer engagements and lead follow-ups in the assigned area.
- Handle and drive sales performance of FTTH products within the assigned territory, ensuring effective customer acquisition and market penetration.
- Drive sales channel productivity by coordinating with partners on joint activations, coverage expansion, and promotional execution.
- Implement go-to-market plans through on-ground local activations, coverage mapping, and sales event execution.
- Support the Area Sales Manager in coaching area sales teams by participating in field rides, demonstrations, and performance feedback sessions.
- Track real-time performance metrics, monitor market dynamics, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve execution gaps and ensure targets are met.
