Description:
Job Purpose:
To ensure accurate and timely visibility of sales performance by maintaining dashboards and incentive trackers, generating flash reports and analytics, and compiling regional performance & customer experience insight that support day-to-day decision-making to enhance reliability & minimize churn.
Main Responsibilities:
1.Validate sales dashboards, trackers, and data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
2.Create periodic performance reports and flash analytics on sales KPIs including installs, churn, funnel productivity, and revenue realization.
3.Prepare incentive tracking and payout simulations, ensuring alignment with approved schemes and actual performance outcomes.
4.Compile regional and divisional performance packs to support management reviews, target setting, and strategic discussions.
5.Assess performance trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities, providing actionable insights for sales and marketing teams.
6.Analyze churn and early-life disconnection data to identify technical or service-related root causes.
7.Identify, build and maintain customer experience issue tracker (consolidating feedback from TSC, Network, Helpdesk, & Field Teams)
