Description: 

Primary Objective:
To execute end-to-end recruitment processes for Non salesforce in Head Office and outsourced manpower across all directorate ensuring timely fulfillment, quality hiring, reporting and efficient deployment in line with business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Recruitment Execution & Monitoring for Non Salesforce Head Office

  • Sourcing support, maintain database and candidate invitation (psikotes, interview, online training).
  • Manage high-volume hiring for non salesforce positions in Head Office.
  • Ensure timely manpower fulfillment based on approved headcount.

2. DOP/Vendor Coordination, DOP/Vendor Fulfillment Review, and Vendor selection

  • Coordinate with outsourcing vendors/DOP for candidate supply and fulfillment.
  • Monitor vendor performance (quality, speed, and quantity).

3. Data Reporting, Candidate Invitation (BAU & Special Project) & Vendor Performance

  • Manage candidate invitations and communications for Career Day events, business-as-usual (BAU) selection processes, training programs, and OJT (On-the Job Training) activities.
  • Consolidate end-to-end hiring data, including candidate pipeline tracking, training attendance, and Day-1 OJT actual attendance monitoring.
  • Prepare and maintain hiring reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, while coordinating with the HCIS team to ensure accurate management reporting and workforce analytics.
  • Conduct vendor performance reviews, monitor recruitment performance metrics, and develop gamification reports to drive engagement, accountability, and fulfillment excellence among recruitment partners.
