Implementation and maintenance of Artificial Intelligence solutions that drive innovation and operational excellence across the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies and their integration into business processes, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 

Job Accountabilities:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI solutions that align with the organization's strategic objectives, ensuring they are well-integrated and operational. 
  2. Oversee the continuous operation and monitoring of AI systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal performance. 
  3. Assist in the acquisition, preparation, and management of data required for AI model training and evaluation. 
  4. Ensure AI operations adhere to security and compliance standards, participating in risk assessments and implementing security measures. 
  5. Identify opportunities to improve AI model performance, scalability, and efficiency, and implement necessary enhancements. 
  6. Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI systems and provide regular reports on system performance and outcomes. 
  7. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and provide AI-related expertise. 

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Python and its machine learning & distributed computing libraries (Pytorch, Pandas, Sklearn, etc).
  • Experience in deploying and managing AI/ML models to production (2+ years).
  • Demonstrate experience on AWS and other cloud service providers.
  • Demonstrate experience in managing DataBricks.
  • Ensure the machine learning models meet the agreed accuracy standard.
  • Monitoring AI models operation & data drift.
  • Write clean, readable, sustainable, and reusable code through CI/CD and MLOps Pipelinine.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance on deployed AI models.
  • Identify improvement initiative to refine Machine Learning model.
  • Liaise with all party (internal/external) for activity, for technical escalation and strategic discussion for implementation/enhancement/resolution.
  • Carry out technical review upon use case development handled by AI Professional Service based on development best practice and guideline.
