BPM- Enterprise, Network & Financial Support

Job Purposed:

•Lead the design and harmonization of end-to-end business processes across Consumer, Digital, and Support functions during integration and creating process efficiency and effectiveness
•Ensure process standardization enhances customer experience, operational efficiency, and scalability.
 

Main Responsibilities:

•Lead the problem solving to achieve solution in regard to changes on the operating model and/or process improvement, including buy in from the related stakeholders or process owners.
•Drive standardization and cross-functional alignment of processes, controls, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency and operational excellence across the organization.
•Ensure and lead continuous improvement for process changes along with business owners.
•Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on process-related integration decisions.
•Oversee process risk management, proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to safeguard business continuity and compliance.
•Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and applicable regulatory standards, embedding control mechanisms within process design.
•Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance and eliminate inefficiencies.
