Backend Development

Job Purposed:

To support the design, execution of multi-channel campaign management (MCCM) and Payment Switch Board backend development, ensuring accurate implementation and alignment with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Design basic campaign workflows and loyalty program configurations based on provided requirements.

2. Develop campaign and loyalty execution tasks, such as customer segmentation and content preparation.

3. Manage campaign setup activities, scheduling, and program operations.

4. Implement assigned tasks related to campaign execution and loyalty initiatives in alignment with business rules.

5. Develop and implement Payment Switchboard Backend requirements
