Bid Management & Compliance Assurance Specialist

Job Purpose : 

To drive the successful acquisition of new business through expert bid management, ensuring high-quality and competitive proposals in Financial Service Institution segment industry. This role leverages comprehensive business intelligence to identify market opportunities, analyse competitor landscapes, and provide strategic insights that inform decision-making and support sustainable growth. The position is critical in enhancing the company's market position and achieving revenue targets by translating data into actionable strategies to increase win rate probability.

Requirements : 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in bid management, tender coordination, or pre-sales (preferably in ICT or telecommunications industry)
• Strong understanding of enterprise and FSI tender processes & regulation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or Tableau).
• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Mastering with TKDN, HSE, Bond, contract management and other bid documentations
• Mastering various e-procurement, specifically FSI e-procurement
