Business Analyst

1. Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
2. Prepare routine and ad-hoc analysis supporting commercial, customer, and operational decisions.
3. Support insight development and reporting under guidance of senior analysts.
4. Validate data assumptions and analytical outputs to ensure accuracy and relevance.
5. Document findings and analytical results in a clear and structured manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, consulting, or performance reporting roles.
• Experience working in data-driven environments such as telecommunications, technology, digital services, FMCG, banking, or consulting firms is preferred.
• Proven experience translating business requirements into analytical outputs and actionable insights.
• Experience supporting management reviews or executive reporting is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and interpretation using tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and performing structured analysis.
