To act as the primary interface between business units and IT, ensuring business needs are understood, prioritized, and effectively translated into IT initiatives that deliver measurable value.
Job Description:
1. Manage IT–business relationships and act as trusted advisor to assigned business units.
2. Capture, prioritize, and manage business demand in alignment with IT strategy and capacity.
3. Ensure business requirements are clearly communicated and supported throughout delivery.
4. Monitor business satisfaction, value realization, and service performance.
5. Support change management and adoption of IT solutions within business units.
