Job Purpose :
Ensures all campaigns and lifecycle initiatives are executed accurately creatively and safely. It monitors real time performance trends and customer signals to protect the overall customer journey.

Main Responsibilities :
- Execute campaigns across all channels and touchpoints
- Translate strategy into clean brand aligned implementation
- Monitor live campaign performance trends and anomalies
- Detect early signs of fatigue confusion or CX risk
- Coordinate incident and complaint handling with relevant teams
- Act as go or no go gate for campaigns based on CX and performance signal
