Customer Value Impact & Performance Insight (BI, Executive Insight & Future Segmentation)

Description: 

Job Purpose : Deliver executive-level CLM intelligence and advanced customer value segmentation to enable data-driven lifecycle strategy decisions and track CLV performance across the organization.

Main Responsibility :
1. Develop CLM performance dashboards tracking CLV, ARPU, churn, and lifecycle stage movement
2. Monitor CLM KPIs on daily, weekly, and monthly basis against lifecycle targets
3. Track CLV value realization vs. plan across all CLM initiatives
4. Translate CLM and customer value data into executive CLM performance reports for leadership
5. Develop advanced CLV segmentation models (nano-segment and segment-of-one approaches)
6. Align CLM reporting with leadership decision-making needs

Key Output :
1. CLM executive dashboards (CLV, churn, ARPU, lifecycle stage KPIs)
2. CLM KPI monitoring reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
3. Executive insight presentations on customer value performance
4. Advanced CLV segmentation outputs (nano/segment-of-one)
5. Executive CLM performance reports for leadership
