Customer Value Impact & Performance Insights

Description: 

Job Purpose : Monitor and analyze customer base health, measure campaign uplift and CLV metrics to deliver actionable insights that drive retention

 

Main Responsibility :
1. Monitor CLM base KPIs including churn rate, gross adds, net adds, ARPU, and customer lifetime value (CLV) movement
2. Analyze churn trends and root causes by lifecycle stage and customer value tier
3. Measure campaign uplift, retention rate, and churn reduction
4. Monitor CLM campaign performance
5. Develop CLM performance dashboards tracking
6. Align CLM base performance reporting & data with analytics across in the company

Key Output :
1. Actionable insights and recommendations for CVM strategy
2. Churn driver analysis by lifecycle stage and customer value tier
3. Campaign impact, analysis and uplift
4. CLM performance reports / Dashboard

 

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree in related fields; Information Technology/ Mathematics / Statistics
  • Having experience 1-3 years in related fields
