Device Chain Promotor Management Specialist

Main Roles :

• Manage promotor deployment and manpower allocation across device chain outlets.
• Monitor promotor performance and productivity against sales targets.
• Manage promotor incentive schemes and performance rewards.
• Drive promotor capability through product and sales training.
• Coordinate with retail partners to improve outlet execution and drive device & telco sales.

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Business / relevant fields
• 6-7 years experience in channel marketing / sales
