Direct Channel Expansion

Job Purpose :
To strategically expand, develop, and optimize the XL Center & Gallery Smartfren retail network by identifying high-potential locations, executing end-to-end store development projects, and ensuring each store is launched on time, on budget, and performs at optimal commercial and brand standards.

Job Description :
- Strategic expansion roadmap planning, site selection & mapping analysis.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress dashboards.
- Negotiate lease terms and secure permits by liaising with vendors, landlords, and authorities.
- Store development, design, branding & launch execution.
- Oversee civil works, fit-out, and interior build-outs with contractors.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, finance, and network) to ensure smooth store rollout and operational readiness.
- Conduct post-launch evaluation, ROI analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize store profitability and customer experience.
