Direct Channel Operations Sulawesi & Kalimantan Region (Placement Makassar)

Job Purpose :
To manage and oversee daily retail operations of own shops to achieve sales and service targets, while ensuring compliance with standards and executing regional campaigns to drive footfall and sales conversion.

Main Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily retail operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service, to meet sales and service objectives.
- Oversee shop performance monitoring and ensure adherence to operational standards and compliance requirements.
- Manage regional campaigns and customer engagement programs to increase foot traffic and sales conversion.
- Evaluate retail processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Strengthen collaboration with marketing and regional sales teams for integrated execution.
