Direct Channel - Site Acquisition & Partner Management (Jakarta Based)

Job Purpose :
Responsible for executing site acquisition and partner management activities by identifying suitable partners, coordinating site readiness, managing documentation and contracts, and maintaining effective partner relationships to support channel expansion objectives.

Main Responsibilities :
- Identify and shortlist potential partners aligned with technical and business requirements.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments together with internal stakeholders.
- Support initial negotiations with partners, including commercial and operational discussions.
- Coordinate site documentation, permits, and legal approvals with partners and internal teams.
- Maintain partner data, pricing details, contract terms, and renewal timelines.
- Ensure site acquisition activities comply with local regulations, zoning laws, and company policies.
- Support contract administration and SLA compliance monitoring.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with partners.
