Job Purpose

Lead the operational lifecycle of the premium Excel-standard fiber optic network. You are responsible for ensuring that the physical fiber layer is installed, tested, and maintained to exceed industry standards, specifically focusing on ultra-low-loss connections and high-density termination environments to support next-generation services like XGS-PON and high-capacity leased lines.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Ensure all fiber Operation delivery  can achieve SLA target 
2. Responsible manage End to end Delivery   fiber OPeration 
3. responsible manage delivery manage service partner on Fiber optic operation
4. Regularly audit the "As-Built" documentation against physical field conditions, ensuring the GIS (Geographic Information System) is 100% accurate.
