Job Purpose:

To support the Finance Business Partner team in providing insightful financial analysis and strategic guidance to various
business units. This role aims to assist in translating financial data into actionable business intelligence, contributing to informed
decision-making, and optimizing financial performance across the organization. The Junior Finance Business Partner will play a
key role in bridging the gap between finance and operations, ensuring financial objectives align with business strategies and
fostering a culture of financial accountability.

Job Description:

1. Analyze financial performance data, cost structures, and revenuestreams for assigned business units to identify trends, variances, andareas for improvement.
2. Prepare detailed financial reports, budget inputs, and forecast models tosupport the planning and decision-making processes of businessstakeholders.
3. Research industry benchmarks, market trends, and best practices toprovide context and enhance the relevance of financial insights sharedwith business units.
4. Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and profitability metrics forvarious business initiatives, assisting in the assessment of their financialimpact and effectiveness.
5. Draft clear and concise presentations and summaries of financialfindings to communicate complex information effectively to non-finance stakeholders.
