Head Incentive Management

Description: 

Job Purpose :
To design and manage incentive programs that optimize partner performance, ensure payout accuracy and cost efficiency through robust claw back methodology, and drive overall sales productivity across Home Business channels.

Main Responsibilities :
-Design and implement end-to-end incentive programs for external partners, ensuring strong alignment with Home Business sales and channel objectives.
-Strengthen accurate and transparent calculation models and payout mechanisms, including automation to reduce manual calculations, to maintain integrity and trust in program execution.
-Manage and analyze incentive effectiveness, linking performance outcomes with sales KPIs and partner productivity.
-Design optimization programs for cost efficiency and ROI through continuous evaluation and data-driven insights.
-Oversee governance, budget alignment, and seamless incentive operations through collaboration with Finance, Sales, and Channel Planning & Strategy teams.
