Job Purpose

Driving data-driven decisions and strategies to optimize customer value management. You will leverage advanced data analytics and machine learning techniques to uncover insights, develop predictive models, and recommend actions that enhance customer experiences, increase revenue, and improve business performance

Job Responsibilities: 

  1. Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving customer value
  2. Create, monitor and maintain the data combining & aggregation that are needed to manage subscribers lifecycle.
  3. Develop predictive models to forecast customer behavior and segment the customer base.
  4. Understand trend fluctuation or anomaly with its RCA (churn, payment and other related KPI).
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer-focused strategies. 
  6. Create actionable insights from data analysis to support marketing, sales, and customer service teams
  7. Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor the impact of CVLM strategies
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging data science technologies to enhance the organization's capabilities.
