Home CVM Campaign Operations
Job Purpose:
To support the CVM Campaign by providing data-driven insights into customer behavior, preferences, and trends for home services. This position contributes to optimizing marketing campaigns and product offerings, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and business
growth within the home services segment.
Main Responsibilities:
1.Identify patterns, segments, generate leads and key drivers of customer value and churn within the home services portfolio by analyzing customer data from various sources (e.g., billing, usage, CRM).
2.Prepare regular reports on CVM performance metrics, including customer retention rates, upsell rates, average revenue per user (ARPU), and campaign effectiveness.
3.Platform Ownership & Automation: Manage and optimize CVM tools (CRM, campaign engines, automation tools) in collaboration with IT and Data teams to enhance real-time triggers, advanced segmentation, and system scalability.
4.Campaign Execution & Management: Own the end-to-end deployment of targeted, multi-channel CVM campaigns (digital, telesales, outbound), managing audience selection, trigger setup, scheduling, and execution.
5.Testing & Data Governance: Support A/B testing and control group experimentation while ensuring strict data accuracy, proper campaign tracking, segmentation integrity, and compliance with governance standards.
