Job Purpose :
To manage and execute Home sales operations across a wide geographic area, driving subscriber growth, revenue achievement, and channel productivity through strong execution, partner management, and disciplined performance governance.

Main Responsibilities :
-Manage and drive productivity of sales channels and partners.
-Execute go-to-market plans, including coverage expansion and local activations.
-Lead, coach, and performance-manage area sales teams.
-Monitor performance, market dynamics, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure execution.
