Job Purpose:
To drive performance, productivity, and conversion across Direct Sales channels by acting as a central performance control checkpoint—diagnosing gaps, coordinating interventions, and ensuring disciplined execution in partnership with regional sales teams.
Job Desc:

Monitor and drive key metrics across Direct Sales channels—including agent productivity, conversion rates, and revenue—without directly managing the frontline teams.

Act as the central partner for regional sales teams (DSAs) to align on targets, enforce accountability, and lead regular performance reviews.

Identify performance or territory gaps and collaborate with Sales, Enablement, CVM, and Marketing to launch targeted improvement initiatives.

Ensure disciplined, consistent execution of sales processes, scripts, and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies across all regions.

Partner with Tools, Incentives, and Enablement teams to optimize headcount deployment, refine incentive structures, and maintain a strong ground-to-strategy feedback loop.
