Job Purpose:

This executive mandate serves as the organization's strategic vanguard for ICT & Services Product Growth, Digital Resilience, and Application Sovereignty. The incumbent exercises full P&L accountability and lifecycle stewardship for the Enterprise Digital Solutions portfolio, ensuring that the division’s offerings are not only hyper-connected but fundamentally secure and digitally transformative. This role functions at the high-stakes intersection of ICT, Services, and Industry 4.0 solutions, transforming into a high-margin commercial engine. This Role ensures the 'Security-by-Design' integrity of all ICT products and governs the portfolio of business-critical digital tools, with high-value, high-stickiness digital partnerships.

Main Responsibility:

1. Research market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to support the definition of new product features and improvements.
2. Analyze product performance data, user feedback, and test results to identify areas for optimization and problem-solving under senior guidance.
3. Publish technical documentation, product specifications, and test plans to ensure clear communication and adherence to design requirements.
4. Verify product prototypes and initial production samples against design specifications and quality standards to ensure functionality and reliability.
5. Build reports on product testing, performance, and user experience, providing data-driven insights for review by senior engineers and product managers.
6. P&L Stewardship & Portfolio Governance: Exercise absolute P&L accountability for the ICT, Services, and Digital Solutions business units, driving revenue growth through high-margin managed services and optimizing multi-vendor software margins. 
7. Security-First Product Integration: Act as the primary governance gate to ensure 'Security-by-Design' is embedded in all SD-WAN+, Infrastructure, and Device portfolios, creating a unified secure ecosystem.
8. Enterprise Application Strategy (SaaS): Architect and govern the GTM strategy for the SaaS portfolio, focusing on ERP, CRM, and Document Management Systems (DMS) to drive deep enterprise wallet-share.
9. Digital Marketplace Orchestration: Direct the evolution of the company’s 'Digital Marketplace,' ensuring seamless onboarding of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and automated license provisioning.
10. Regulatory & Sovereign Compliance (GRC): Act as the commercial SME for Indonesian data sovereignty (UU PDP) and sector-specific security regulations, ensuring all products meet national and international standards.
11. Vertical Digital Blueprinting: Design 'Industry-Specific' digital solution bundles, integrating ICT and AI-driven applications for sectors such as Banking, Manufacturing, and Government.
12. Application Lifecycle Stewardship: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of the digital application portfolio, from sourcing and pilot-testing to strategic EOL and migration to next-gen platforms.
13. Complex Solution Synthesis: Partner with the Solution Architect team to engineer multi-layered 'Digital Transformation' proposals that combine security, applications, and managed professional labor.
14. Sales Enablement for Complex Solutions: Create high-impact sales toolkits, 'Security Battle Cards,' and value-selling frameworks to empower the sales force to sell 'C-Level' digital transformation.
15. Technical Partnership Governance (ISV): Govern strategic alliances with global and local software principals (e.g., SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, local ERP providers) to optimize the supply chain for digital solutions.
