To conduct impartial and thorough investigations into alleged misconduct, policy violations, or incidents affecting the organization's integrity and operations. This role is crucial in gathering evidence, analyzing facts, and reporting findings to support fair decision-making, mitigate risks, and uphold ethical standards and regulatory compliance within the company. The Investigator's work directly contributes to maintaining a secure and trustworthy environment.

 

Job Description:

 

1. Plan and execute investigations related to suspected fraud, employee misconduct, or breaches of company policy.
2. Collect, analyze, and preserve evidence while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with ethical and legal standards.
3. Conduct interviews with involved parties and prepare detailed investigation reports with findings and recommendations.
4. Collaborate with Internal Audit, Legal, Risk & Compliance, and People teams for corrective actions and disciplinary measures.
5. Assess the impact of identified issues on organizational policies, legal compliance, and operational risks, providing insights for preventative strategies.
6. Verify the credibility and authenticity of information and evidence obtained during investigations to ensure the integrity of the investigative process and findings.
