Organization Development Specialist

Description: 
1.Analyze organizational structures and workforce data to identify improvement opportunities in organizational effectiveness and alignment with business strategy
2.Monitor the organization design implementation to ensure alignment with approved frameworks and governance
3.Prepare and/or validate organization design proposals, job evaluation results, and manpower calculation with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment with internal policies and external benchmarks
4.Prepare organization analysis reports related OD data for leadership review, including insights on structural efficiency and workforce optimization
5.Draft organization design guidelines, governance documents, and policy frameworks related to OD, career progression, and workforce planning
 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or Business Performance. Master’s Degree in HR, Business Strategy, or Organizational Development is preferred.
  • Minimum 4 - 6 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in organization design, workforce planning, or HR strategy roles.
  • Certifications in Human Resources (e.g., CHRP, ODP, SWP, SHRM) – strongly preferred
