Partnership and Collaboration

Job Purpose:
To evaluate, structure, and support technology partnerships and collaboration models—such as Starlink, FWA business, spectrum sharing, and non-traditional connectivity—to enable ecosystem-driven network capabilities and business expansion.

Job Description:
1. Analyze partnership models, collaboration frameworks, and commercial-technology constructs for emerging connectivity solutions.
2. Assess technical, regulatory, and operational implications of partnership initiatives (e.g., satellite, FWA, shared spectrum).
3. Support L3 Network Strategy Engagement in preparing partnership proposals, concept notes, and evaluation materials.
4. Conduct benchmarking of global operator partnerships and ecosystem collaboration best practices.
5. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure partnership alignment with technology strategy and assurance principles.
6. Provide structured input for partner discussions, MoUs, and pilot initiatives (non-commercial negotiation role).
