Payments & Financial Services

Job Purpose :

To design the payments and financial services partnership ecosystem to expand monetization opportunities, enhance customer value, and strengthen channel enablement while maintaining regulatory compliance, partner governance, and alignment with commercial and enterprise priorities.

Main Responsibilities :

• Manage end to end strategy for payments and financial services across e wallets, digital payments, embedded finance, credit/BNPL, insurance, loyalty, and fintech partnerships to unlock new revenue pools and improve customer convenience.
• Design scalable commercial models and technical integration frameworks (APIs, data exchange rules, settlement flows, SLAs) to enable seamless partner onboarding and activation.
• Oversee partner performance, operational delivery, and commercial governance to uphold service quality and customer experience standards.
• Review payment and financial journey performance to prioritize fixes and enhancements.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, Economic, or related field (required); Master’s degree preferred.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in payments, financial services, fintech, embedded finance, or partnership management.

• Payments Compliance, API/Security, PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification are preferred.
