To manage people management agenda in a company’s business unit/area, and acts as a facilitator for the company’s management team in order to support

business growth.

 

Main Responsibilities

  1. Manage effective communication and relationship with regional sales.
  2. Act as business consultant of Human Capital matters for respective regional sales.
  3. Lead all HR processes for the internal clients for respective regional sales.
  4. Lead in maintaining all the job description and job grade are updated for respective regional sales.
  5. Actively manage the talent acquisition process for L2, L3 and L4.
  6. Review and manage the career movement for respective regional sales (careerpath, succession, promotion, etc.)
  7. Facilitate the performance planning and appraisal for respective regional sales.
  8. Lead HC projects for the internal client and involves in other HC functions to ensure that the solution is relevant and fulfills services level agreement.
  9. Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management for respective directorate.
  10. Responsible for understanding, implementing the requirements of the occupational safety and health management system and environmental management system in accordance with their respective duties and functions.
