People Business Partner

Job Purpose :
Partner with business leaders to align business direction with organizational and people objectives, providing strategic people guidance and operational support across workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and other people initiatives.

Main Responsibility :
1.  Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into effective people strategies.
2.  Advise and influence leaders on strategic people matters, driving culture alignment, career movement, engagement & organization productivity.
3.  Partner with People’s leaders and Centers of Excellence (COEs) for the implementation of people programs and initiatives.
4.  Ensure consistency and alignment of business and people programs.
5.  Act as a main point of contact for leaders and employees on People related matters, ensuring alignment with company policies and best practices.
