Performance Management
Main Responsibilities :
Support the CCO in driving commercial strategy, performance management, and strategic initiatives across the commercial organization. The role serves as a central strategic function to ensure alignment between business priorities, commercial execution, and long term growth objectives.
1. Lead commercial strategy development and drive strategic initiatives
2. Conduct commercial performance analysis and identify key drivers of change in performance
3. Coordinate cross functional initiatives across marketing, channel, sales, and network.
4. Establish frameworks to track commercial initiative performance, KPIs, and business outcomes.
5. Support governance and execution of strategic commercial programs and key business priorities.
6. Act as strategic partner to the CCO in evaluating commercial decisions and executive priorities.
7. Prepare BOC BOD materials and strategic insights for senior leadership review.
Requirements :
1. Experience producing executive level deliverables, including board presentations and performance reviews
2. Experience managing cross functional stakeholders and supporting senior leadership engagement across initiatives
3. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required; experience with BI tools, SQL, or other analytical platforms is a plus
4. Experience in project management, KPI tracking, and business analytics preferred
5. Analytical and problem solving capabilities with ability to structure business issues and synthesize data into actionable insights
