Performance and BI Expert

Description: 

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze performance data and KPIs to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
  2. Develop and maintain BI dashboards and routine performance reports in line with agreed standards and definitions.
  3. Validate data accuracy and consistency across performance reports and analytical outputs.
  4. Support performance review processes by preparing analytical inputs and presentation materials.
  5. Respond to business and management data requests related to performance monitoring.
 
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related fields.
  2. 3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Performance Analytics, Management Reporting, or Data Analytics roles.
  3. Experience working in corporate-level performance monitoring environments, preferably in telecommunications, technology, banking, FMCG, or other data-intensive industries.
  4. Exposure to monthly/quarterly business review processes and management reporting cycles.
  5. Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools (dashboard creation, data modeling, etc.).
  6. Advanced Excel capability (Power Query, pivot modeling, scenario analysis).
  7. Strong ability to synthesize large datasets into structured insights.
  8. Ability to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement levers.
  9. Ability to prepare structured, executive-ready presentation materials.
