Job Purpose :
To lead the strategic direction and execution of product initiatives, ensuring alignment with company vision and market demands. This role is pivotal in driving high-impact, high-intent acquisition through physical channels, field sales, and partnerships, achieving business growth objectives by overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization, while fostering cross-functional collaboration.

 

Main Responsibilities :
1. Manage offline channel and its campaign execution for acquisitions: direct channel, chain stores, sales force, others
2. Manage and optimize offline acquisition funnel from driving traffic to offline store, ensure strong on ground execution until activation
3. Ensure smooth onboarding & activation experience in offline channels to drive higher acquisition
4. Collaborate with product, go to market, brand comm and channel team to launch offline campaigns to optimize conversion rate
5. Explore new growth levers: bundling, partnership, fintech integration
6. Monitor and track business performance and bring insights for refine product / acquisitions strategy
