Products & Segments Analytics

Description: 

To execute overall analytic activities related to the Comercial segment (XLHOME, Enterprise and Mobile) in order to provide insight and recommendations to improve business performance, becoming an objective and independent decision-making partner of each segment owner 

Job Accountabilities : 

  1. Give insights to help segment owners define new revenue-generating opportunities 
  2. Provide root-cause analysis whenever there is an indication of underperforming business trends, provide recommendation on how to react
  3. Analyze the performance of any business initiative in the commercial segment (product launches, pricing changes) and provide recommendations on how to improve performance
  4. Provide analytics support to any business unit within XL that requires advanced analytics within the commercial segment (e.g. subscriber data mart for self-service analytics for CVM, channels, and other units)
  5. Work together with Analytics CoE in order to ensure that business requirements will be captured by new technical developments / data foundations
  6. Analyze revenueoptimization opportunities (e.g. upsell opportunities, product migrations), segmenting base, executing pilots and supporting decision making of business owners
  7. Drive higher long-term subscriber value by leveraging consumer habits, interactions and relationships 
  8. Develop Customer behavior, Customer Profile, and Customer Segmentation
  9. Responsible for understanding, implementing the requirements of the occupational safety and health management system and environmental management system in accordance with their respective duties and functions
  10. Having excellent SQL queries, analytical thinking and good business accumen
  11. Experince in create appealing data storytelling and transforming various data and information to be actionable insight

Requirement :

  • Min. 5 years relevant experience in data & analytics / statistics / mathematics / quantitative market research
  • Excellent reasoning, analytical thinking, and visualization skills to merge data insights with business acumen
  • Has excellent skill on SQL or any query language
  • Has Experience working on big and multi variance dataset
  • Has excellent understanding on Teradata, Cloudera, PowerBI, Tableau and other data analytics tools
