Job Purpose :
To lead end-to-end go-to-market execution, acquisition, and monetization across direct channels (XL Centers), positioning them as the company’s flagship channel for high-quality acquisition, premium customer experience, and ARPU uplift.

 

Job Description :
1. Drive high-quality acquisition and revenue by maximizing conversion, activation, and upsell in XL Centers, focusing on premium segments and high-value customers.
2. Execute go-to-market strategies for all products and campaigns, ensuring strong in-store readiness, consistent execution, and impactful customer engagement.
3. Deliver superior customer experience by positioning XL Centers as the flagship touchpoint for service, consultation, and premium brand interaction.
4. Drive upsell and cross-sell through assisted selling, promoting higher-value plans, postpaid, 5G, and bundled offerings.
5. Optimize store productivity and performance by managing sales effectiveness, staff capability, and conversion metrics across all locations.
6. Track and improve performance across acquisition, revenue, conversion, and ARPU uplift, ensuring continuous improvement in channel effectiveness.

1. Gross adds from direct channels (high-quality acquisition)
