Revenue Assurance (post launch)

Job Purpose:

To supervise and enhance revenue assurance processes for network and billing, ensuring revenue completeness and effective control implementation. The Revenue Assurance specialist acts as a critical control point, providing insights to optimize revenue generation and minimize financial risks.

Main Responsibilities:

1.- Supervise daily reconciliation and leakage detection activities.

2.- Review and validate analysis performed by staff.

3.- Lead investigation of revenue discrepancies and system issues.

4.- Coordinate with IT, network, and billing teams for issue resolution.

5.- Ensure billing readiness for new products and services.

6.- Improve controls, processes, and automation initiatives.

7.- Prepare management reports and highlight key risks.
