Segment Logic & Value Frameworks​

Job Purpose :
Coordinate the execution and deployment of CLM campaign products and the integration of analytical models into customer segmentation within the Customer Data & Engagement Platform.
This role ensures that lifecycle models, CLV-scoring algorithms, and segmentation logic are seamlessly operationalized to deliver precise, value-driven targeting across all commercial channels — maximising retention, upsell conversion, and customer lifetime value at every lifecycle stage. Additionally supports the development of next-generation deployment approaches to continuously improve CLM delivery efficiency.

 

Main Responsibilities :
1. Execute end-to-end CLM campaign product deployments, ensuring lifecycle models and CLV-scoring algorithms are accurately operationalized across all commercial touchpoints and customer segments.
2. Coordinate the integration of CLV analytical models and lifecycle segmentation logic into the campaign execution pipeline, ensuring consistency between data outputs and live deployment.
3. Assess deployment performance and model accuracy post-execution — evaluating targeting effectiveness, CLV impact, and lifecycle stage progression — to inform iterative improvements.
4. Prepare deployment documentation, integration specifications, and CLM execution reports to ensure transparency and reproducibility across campaign cycles.
