Senior Business Analyst

Job Proposed:
To lead complex analysis initiatives, ensure high-quality requirements for strategic and high-impact programs/transformation, and mentor Business Analysts to ensure consistency, traceability, and value realization across projects.

Job Description:
1. Follow business analysis standards, methodologies, and best practices.
2. Translate business strategy and high-level objectives into clear, structured, and prioritized requirements.
3. Ensure project and transformation requirements completeness, consistency, and traceability across end-to-end processes.
4. Collaborate closely with IT architecture, IT delivery, business stakeholders , application owners to ensure solution alignment
5. Support value realization tracking and readiness for go-live
