Senior CLM Development
Job Purpose:
Responsible for the end-to-end design, implementation, and operations of all campaign and customer loyalty systems. Will act as the primary bridge between the IT department and the Business/Commercial teams. Contributes to enhancing the system capability, integrating the system with external or internal system to ensure the system capability is covering the business requirement. This role also focuses on ensuring the IT infrastructure can execute real-time, hyper-personalized, and measurable campaigns. Managing a robust loyalty engine that is stable, secure, and seamlessly integrated with the Customer Data Platform.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Design and maintain the architecture of the Campaign Management and Loyalty Engine platforms to ensure the systems are highly scalable, resilient, and capable of handling high transaction volumes (high TPS) securely and smoothly.
2. Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance omnichannel capabilities.
3. Ensure seamless integration between the campaign engine and enterprise data sources to enable real-time, behavior-based campaign triggers.
4. Orchestrate API integrations between the MCCM & loyalty platform and both external or internal systems.
5. Translate a complex business requirements into efficient technical solutions.
6. Manage technical squads (Developers/vendors, QA, etc) within a development lifecycle to roll out new campaign and loyalty features.
7. Oversee daily system performance, manage incident resolution (troubleshooting), and ensure rapid response to minimize downtime especially during peak traffic seasons.
8. Ensure all data processing within the campaign and loyalty systems complies with data privacy regulations and internal security standards.
