Job Purpose:

 

To lead the execution of daily activities in Strategic Project Monitoring functions to ensure strategic initiatives are planned, implemented and fulfill their objectives (business-wise, timely)

 

 

Job Description:

1 Perform the projects and resources planning including mapping any potential risk and problems

 

2 Perform the monitoring process of the strategic projects implementation to ensure milestones are met on timely manner and to ensure the business result/success metrics are met

 

3 Develop any mitigation plan based on the achievement of strategic project on each milestone in order to ensure the achievement of the project objectives

 

4 Performs any necessary daily coordination with the related parties (directorates) and ensure necessary agreed actions are completely executed

 

5 Develop report of progress reporting to project Steering Committee and to BOD/related parties in order to make sure awareness of the project progress are in place

 

6 Develop the governance guidelines of main standard tools on implementing the strategic projects and ensure the discipline of implementation by the PICs (L2/L3)
