Talent Business Partner

Job Purpose :
This role will support end-to-end recruitment activities with a strong focus on administrative coordination and operational support. This role will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, support sourcing and initial candidate screening, and be involved in various Talent Acquisition projects.

Main Responsibilities :
1. Support Talent Acquisition activities with a focus on recruitment administration and coordination
2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as Employee Relations, Finance, and Vendor Management for recruitment-related administrative matters
3. Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., headhunters, recruitment partners) including documentation, invoicing, and process follow-ups
4. Assist in candidate sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
5. Manage recruitment documentation, trackers, and reporting to ensure data accuracy and compliance
6. Support scheduling of interviews and coordination with hiring teams
7. Participate in additional Talent Acquisition projects, initiatives, or process improvements as assigned
