Job Purpose :
To turn customer and touchpoint data into actionable insights that drive business growth and continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities :
1. Analyze customer behavior, funnel performance, and asset effectiveness across all touchpoints.
2. Conduct root cause analysis on conversion gaps, drop-offs, and customer experience issues.
3. Define and maintain touchpoint KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports.
4. Measure the business and customer impact of implemented initiatives.
5. Consolidate Voice of Customer (VOC) and complaint insights into actionable recommendations.
6. Identify growth opportunities and improvement priorities to enhance business performance and customer experience.
