Transformation IT PM

Job Purpose : 
To deliver and coordinate IT project activities across multiple teams and workstreams, analyze delivery progress, and validate visibility of risks and dependencies, contributing to controlled, reliable, and consistent project execution aligned with business and operational objectives.

Main Responsibility :
1. Deliver and coordinate project activities across multiple teams and workstreams, ensuring alignment with timelines, deliverables, and dependencies within a structured delivery environment.
2. Analyze project progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely identification of deviations and accurate visibility of delivery status.
3. Validate accuracy and consistency of project data and reporting artifacts, ensuring alignment between execution status, documentation, and governance requirements.
4. Coordinate tracking and escalation of project risks and issues, ensuring proper follow-up of mitigation actions and resolution status.
5. Prepare and maintain structured project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, issue trackers, and governance materials, ensuring completeness and audit readiness.

1. Reliable and structured visibility of project execution across timelines, risks, and dependencies. 
2. Accurate and validated project reporting supporting governance and stakeholder decision-making. 
3. Complete, consistent, and audit-ready documentation aligned with governance standards. 
4. Effective coordination of execution activities ensuring smooth day-to-day delivery operations.

Key Contact & Relationship Internal :
1. IT Development, Devops, and Architecture Teams - Drive alignment of technical deliverables, manage interdependencies across systems, and ensure execution is consistent with solution design, timelines, and delivery objectives. 
2. Business Units / Product Owners -  Align on scope, priorities, and expected business outcomes, ensuring delivery meets functional requirements and supports operational and customer needs. 
3. Budget  Teams -  Monitor project financials, including budget utilization and cost tracking, ensuring alignment with approved financial plans and identifying potential variances.
4. PMO  Team - Ensure adherence to governance standards, reporting requirements, and escalation processes, while aligning project execution with organizational delivery frameworks.
5. IT Operations / Support Teams - Ensure operational readiness, coordinate deployment planning, and align on post-go-live support to maintain service stability and minimize operational disruption.

Key Contact & Relationship External :
1. System Integrators / Implementation Partners -  Manage delivery commitments, track progress of external deliverables, and resolve execution issues to ensure alignment with project timelines, quality expectations, and contractual obligations. 
2. Technology Partners - Align on integration requirements, technical dependencies, and system readiness, ensuring external platforms support end-to-end delivery objectives.

Academy Qualification :
S1 (Strata 1) degree in Management Informatics is minimum requirements.S1 (Strata 1) degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred

Certification :
Project Management Professional (PMP),   Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL),  is strongly preferred
