UX/UI Designer & Researcher

Job Description :

• Design end-to-end user experiences, including user journeys, user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user interfaces for digital products and applications.
• Translate business and user requirements into intuitive, user-centric, and scalable design solutions that align with established design standards.
• Ensure consistency of the design language and user experience across all digital products and platforms.
• Apply and maintain design systems, component libraries, design tokens, and Figma Variables consistently throughout the design process.
• Prepare clear, well-structured design handoffs to facilitate efficient collaboration with the development team.
• Refine and iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback, usability findings, and evolving product requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, UX Researchers, and cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Information Technology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer, with a strong focus on mobile and/or web applications.
• Proficient in Figma as the primary design and prototyping tool.
• Hands-on experience with design systems, component libraries, Figma Variables, and design tokens.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, including user flows, information architecture, interaction design, and usability best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity UI designs, and comprehensive design handoff documentation.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• A strong design portfolio demonstrating the end-to-end design process, problem-solving approach, and measurable impact of delivered design solutions
