Job Purpose:

 

To ensure delivered IT solutions meet business expectations through structured & strong BAU execution and to support value realization by validating outcomes against business objectives

 

 

Job Description:

1. Follow business analysis standards, methodologies, and best practices.

2. Coordinate BAU delivery with business users and IT delivery of core and touchpoint teams.

3. Validate delivered solutions against agreed requirements and acceptance criteria.

4. Manage fast track delivery on defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution validation.

5. Support go-live readiness and business sign-off.

6. Provide feedback for continuous improvement of BAU practices
