Roles :
1. Create a business case and assessment for each new product proposal sent by business unit (or product/pricing change proposal) that reflects on the potential impact in profitability (considering elasticity, product constructs, usage percentile, etc)
2. Provide feedback to business owners on how to adapt its product proposal to ensure better profitability and how the new product or product changes proposition compared to internal (brand alignment).
3. Execute end to end analytic activities related to the Brand Segment team (Prio, Axis, XL, SF, XL Home, Enterprise, etc) to provide insight and recommendations to improve business performance and being direct liaison for end-to-end discussion on Brand Segment analysis by providing the post business case review after the product launch.
4. Provide plan for improvement of current analytics practices, including new insight and optimizing existing analytic activities
5. Cooperate in ensuring Brand Segment commercial insight needs are prioritized under any constraint (e.g. churn, segment analytics etc.) and in supporting improvement of marketing strategy and activities
6. Understand the situation of the Brand Segment market business and the potential areas of improvement to prioritize analysis towards making relevant decisions
7. Present and drive the recommendation (business case and post review) based on a holistic and end-to-end outlook of market condition both internal and external marketing strategic
8. Ensure analytic recommendations executed properly and proactively raise-up the flag for improper activity before impacted to business performance
9. Provide monthly reports on the profitability of each of the packets and price plans in our portfolios. Monitor pricing effectiveness and recommend adjustments based on performance metrics and market changes
Requirements :
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis & visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI, Tableau tools).
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to assess and address pricing challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – world class presentation for presenting findings to senior stakeholders in English.
