Group Head Sales Convergence Region - 2

Job Purpose :
Responsible to direct and drive sales team by establishing sales target, and goals, analyze sales statistics gathered by sales field team to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers

Job Accountabilities

1. Implement strategic planning across all Direct Sales to achieve growth and sales targets.

2. Define sales targets and strategies for sales teams based on market and region to meet objectives.

3. Oversee and manage sales teams, ensuring the execution of strategies to achieve sales targets.

4. Review operational records and reports to assess profitability.

5. Prepare and approve budget expenditures, managing financial aspects effectively.

6. Enhance the quality and quantity of the sales team.

7. Foster relationships with related units to strengthen overall sales performance.

8. Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to control sales and service programs effectively.

9. Innovate by developing new sales channels and acquiring new customers.
