Key Responsibilities
-
Event Network Readiness: Lead end-to-end network capacity planning and optimization for special events, national holidays, and VIP locations to handle localized traffic surges.
-
Temporary Site Deployment: Design and oversee the execution of temporary network solutions (e.g., mobile BTS, temporary AAU sprint poles), ensuring optimal spatial and directional antenna isolation to minimize RF interference.
-
Real-Time Monitoring & Assurance: Act as the primary technical lead during live events, coordinating directly with the Service Operation Center (SOC) and field engineers for real-time fault resolution and performance tuning.
-
Multi-Vendor Optimization: Perform deep-dive diagnostics and parameter optimization across diverse vendor ecosystems (including Huawei and ZTE) to maintain stringent KPIs for VIPs and critical sectors.
-
Automation & CSON Utilization: Leverage AI-driven network tools and Centralized Self-Organizing Network (CSON) modules to automate load balancing, coverage optimization, and anomaly detection during high-traffic scenarios.
-
Stakeholder Reporting: Generate comprehensive post-event network performance reports, highlighting user experience metrics, throughput, and lessons learned for future deployments.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
