Job Purposes:
To ensure all company facilities operate in strict adherence to national and local Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations, as well as internal company standards. This role is crucial for minimizing operational risks, fostering a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, and upholding the company's commitment to environmental protection and sustainable practices. The position directly contributes to operational excellence and legal compliance across all facility-related activities, while also serving as a strategic business partner to the Enterprise team in supporting the company’s participation in high-risk category projects.
Main Responsibility:
1. Assess facility compliance with national and local HSE regulations, permits, and internal policies to identify risks and non-conformities.
2. Develop and implement HSE management systems, CSMS, SOPs, and training programs to promote a proactive safety culture.
3. Prepare HSE performance reports, audit findings, incident investigations, and corrective action plans to drive timely resolution and continuous improvement.
4. Analyze HSE data, incident trends, and regulatory updates to provide strategic recommendations for improving safety, environmental performance, and operational resilience.
5. Support the Enterprise team by preparing HSE documentation and requirements for tenders and monitoring high-risk projects, particularly for client engagements.

3. Audit and inspection findings with corrective action plans.

Academy Qualifications:
S1 Occupational Health & Safety
Preferable Certifications:
HSE Certifications; CSMS, Oil & Gas Operator, First Aid
