Job Description:

Lead Management & Optimization: Analyze and ensure a consistent flow of leads from various sources (marketing, mobile, etc.) to the Telesales team.

Operational Support: Provide comprehensive support for the day-to-day operations of both the Telesales and VM (Vendor Management/Virtual Merchant) departments.

Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and provide actionable insights based on the performance metrics of both Telesales and VM.

System & Process Integration: Ensure that technical systems meet operational needs and oversee the smooth conversion journey from leads to SA (Sales Action/Sales Agreement).

Stakeholder Management: Assist in managing and developing VM partnerships to support broader business objectives.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.

Work Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, or Telesales Management, preferably within a fast-paced industry.

Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze large datasets to identify lead conversion trends and operational bottlenecks. Proficiency in Excel or data visualization tools is highly preferred.
